Parents and school districts increasingly expect clear, real-time insight into student transportation from pickup to drop-off.

So EverDriven has redesigned its VIP app to offer native multilingual support, real-time trip visibility, and seamless communication for families and school districts nationwide. The new app aims to provide caregivers with actionable insight and strengthen coordination between families and districts.

According to a company release, the app gives caregivers and school districts real-time insight into every stage of a student’s alternative transportation experience, and “strengthens communication, supports on-time performance, and aligns families and districts around a single, trusted source of information.”

App enhancements include:

  • Expanded multilingual support, offering a native experience in both English and Spanish, with additional languages planned for future updates.
  • A redesigned user interface that makes it easier for caregivers to navigate trip details and manage notifications.
  • Greater visibility into all aspects of a student’s ride, including driver and vehicle information, trip progress, and status updates.
  • Improved real-time communication to support punctual pickups, timely drop-offs, and coordination with district staff.

“Caregivers deserve transparency and peace of mind for every trip,” said Mitch Bowling, CEO of EverDriven. “This newly released version of the VIP app reflects our commitment to redefining what safe, trusted student transportation looks like. By investing in the tools and technology that strengthen safety, visibility, and communication, we’re elevating the entire experience for the caregivers and the school districts we proudly serve.”

Expanding Trip Visibility and Communication

The VIP app is part of EverDriven’s ongoing effort to update its technology. The redesigned app provides trip tracking, safety features through SafeOps, and automated tools for staff and drivers to help manage trips more efficiently and consistently for families and school districts.

By giving caregivers, drivers, and school districts access to the same real-time information, the app helps reduce uncertainty and support on-time arrivals. The latest version of the VIP app is now available for parents and caregivers in districts that partner with EverDriven and can be downloaded from the Apple and Android app stores.
