Man boards school bus, steals backpacks
LAKE STEVENS, Wash. — A man allegedly forced his way onto a loaded school bus and stole two backpacks from students last week, claiming that his poodle told him that the children on board were dealing drugs. Baltimore cancels Allied school bus contract
