Calif. school district cuts bus service

La. parish will continue to run bus fleet
BENTON, La. — Members of the Bossier Parish planning committee recently decided to maintain control of its school bus fleet. Committee members reached the decision following concerns voiced by bus drivers, parents and school transportation officials about the possibility of an outside contractor running the parish's bus operation.
