A 16-year-old boy who waved a chocolate gun aboard a school bus in Rimersburg, Pa., is expected to be charged with disorderly conduct. During the April 17 incident, the bus driver, Angelo Salvo, immediately pulled over after he saw what he thought was a real gun being waved and pointed at other students. When he tried to confiscate the weapon and realized it was a candy gun, one student doubled over in laughter and others heckled him, according to a report in the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. The teenager said he purchased the chocolate gun through a fund-raiser at Union High School. It was an Easter confection sold by the same company for several years. Robert McWilliams, principal of the high school, said he filed charges because the teen’s behavior endangered other students on the bus. "The bus driver had to stop at an unscheduled area to quell a disturbance," he told the Post-Gazette.
