NORTHEAST PHILADELPHIA — Police told WPVI-TV that they are questioning two women who are persons of interest in a road rage incident involving a school bus here last week.
Police recovered a Chevrolet Suburban they believe the suspects were driving, and a search of the vehicle yielded a baseball bat, according to the news outlet.
St. Katharine Drexel Regional Catholic School students aboard the school bus were verbally fighting with the five women in the SUV, according to investigators, during which time the driver of the SUV cut off the bus. Two women got out of the SUV. One had a baseball bat and struck the vehicle several times, and broke a window. One student suffered some minor cuts from the shattered glass and was treated at the school, WPVI-TV reports.
The individuals involved are facing aggravated assault, assault and reckless endangerment charges, according to the news outlet.
