Pro-Vision has introduced a new set of Live features for its CloudConnect software platform, aimed at providing fleets with real-time monitoring capabilities to support operational efficiency and safety.
New Live Capabilities
The CloudConnect Live update includes two primary enhancements:
Live Video Streaming
Dispatchers and fleet managers can now access live video feeds from fleet vehicles at any time. This feature is intended to provide immediate visibility in situations such as monitoring cargo security or assisting drivers facing on-the-road challenges. Real-time video access allows managers to see the same view as the driver, enabling faster and more informed responses.
“By adding real-time video streaming and live GPS tracking, we’re providing fleet managers with the tools they need to respond more quickly, operate more efficiently, and improve safety and accountability,” the company stated.
Live GPS Mapping
In addition to video, the platform now integrates live GPS mapping. Fleet managers can locate vehicles instantly, reroute them more efficiently, and address service concerns in real time. The system can assist with tasks such as finding the nearest vehicle for a service call or responding to parent inquiries about school bus delays.
