Survey estimates over 30K illegal school bus passing incidents in New York

The New York Association for Pupil Transportation’s Nov. 18 survey found that 1,020 bus drivers reported a total of 627 illegal passing incidents. When applied to over 50,000 school buses statewide, the total estimated illegal passing rate is 30,735 for that day.
