Seon school bus driver Facebook contest deadline approaches

To enter the contest, drivers can visit Seon’s Facebook page, and send a photo and message about how they prevent bullying on the bus and what they love about being a school bus driver. Drivers may apply to the Facebook contest through May 30.

Seon is highlighting the importance of school bus drivers and supporting their efforts to stop bullying on the bus with a contest on Facebook.

To enter the contest, drivers can visit Seon’s Facebook page, “Like” the page and send Seon a private Facebook message. In the message, drivers should click “Add Photos” and upload a photo of themselves standing beside their school bus, or in the driver’s seat, and answer the questions, “How do you prevent bullying on your school bus?” and “What do you love about being a school bus driver?”

The contest winner will receive:

• $500 for his or her school bus transportation department to go toward bus driver training.
• A $200 Visa gift card.
• His or her photo as Seon’s Facebook cover photo for the month of June 2014.
• A blog post about the driver on Seon’s blog.
• Two Bully Project Educator’s DVD and Toolkits for the school district and transportation department.
• Seon’s anti-bullying medal, pin and a personalized anti-bullying certificate.

Drivers may apply to the Facebook contest through May 30. Winners will be announced on June 2.
