The Fleet Success Company, provider of public sector fleet management information systems (FMIS), has renewed its national cooperative purchasing contract through Sourcewell, remaining the only dedicated FMIS provider in the organization’s public procurement portfolio.
The partnership offers faster, simplified access to RTA’s Fleet360 fleet management software for more than 50,000 government, education, and nonprofit agencies across the U.S. and Canada. Under contract 102924-RTA, public fleets can access RTA’s software and consulting services without the administrative burden of a traditional request-for-proposal (RFP) process.
“Sourcewell takes the hassle out of the process, and RTA brings the results,” said Josh Turley, CEO of RTA. “This continued partnership allows fleets to get what they need more efficiently and with greater value.”
Streamlined Procurement and Cost Savings
Sourcewell’s cooperative purchasing model can reduce procurement timelines by up to 50%, leveraging collective buying power to help agencies secure better pricing and service.
RTA’s fleet management solutions assist public agencies in improving operational efficiency, maximizing resource use, and reducing risk. With nearly 50 years in the fleet industry and more than $320 million in client savings since 2017, RTA continues to provide data-driven tools to support performance and accountability in fleet operations.
Supporting Public and Educational Fleets
RTA also participates in several other statewide and cooperative purchasing programs, including Carahsoft and NPPGov, to ensure that government and educational fleets can access fleet management technology while maintaining compliance and cost control.
