
After more than 25 years with Foam Rubber Products, Roger Ashby has announced his retirement.
Ashby, the company’s vice president of sales, accrued a total of more than 40 years of experience in the flexible foam industry.
Ashby, a 25-year veteran of Foam Rubber Products, has been instrumental in developing the company’s position in the school bus industry.

After more than 25 years with Foam Rubber Products, Roger Ashby has announced his retirement.
Ashby, the company’s vice president of sales, accrued a total of more than 40 years of experience in the flexible foam industry.
Norm Smith, president and CEO of Foam Rubber Products, said that Ashby “has been instrumental in the development of Foam Rubber’s position in the school bus industry, and we will miss his day-to-day input but will look forward to him remaining with the company in a consulting role. We wish him good health and happiness as he transitions to a well-deserved retirement.”
In conjunction with Ashby’s retirement, Jonathan Lewis will take over his responsibilities as the company’s new sales manager. Lewis has been with Foam Rubber Products for 10 years in multiple supporting roles.
