Through one of its operating companies, Krise Transportation, American Student Transportation Partners, Inc. (ASTP), announced that it has acquired AJ Myers and Sons, a provider of student transportation in western Pennsylvania for the last 75-plus years.

Since 1950, AJ Myers has successfully served the student transportation needs of communities in western Pennsylvania.
