Eliav Rodman Joins BusWhere as VP of Marketing

Eliav Rodman recently joined BusWhere as VP of marketing, leading brand, content, demand generation, and events for a company that has grown across 30-plus states since 2014, largely on product performance and word of mouth. Before BusWhere, Rodman spent over a decade building marketing functions for B2B SaaS and deep tech companies, with senior roles in clean energy and workforce technology, most recently leading marketing at a solar energy scale-up through hypergrowth and acquisition.

"Every school morning, more than 100,000 parents and riders open BusWhere to see exactly where their bus is," Rodman told School Bus Fleet. "That kind of quiet, daily trust, built across districts in 30-plus states since 2014, is what convinced me. BusWhere is one of the industry's best kept secrets, and my job is to make sure it doesn't stay one."

EverDriven Names Caroline Argibay Chief Financial Officer

EverDriven has appointed Caroline Argibay the company's new chief financial officer. Argibay joins EverDriven's executive leadership team and will have oversight of all areas of the company's financial activities including financial planning and analysis, accounting and financial reporting, treasury, and capital markets.

"Caroline's experience leading finance through periods of significant growth makes her exactly the right partner for EverDriven," said Mitch Bowling, CEO of EverDriven. "She has a proven track record of building strong financial foundations and forming the kind of collaborative partnerships that help a company scale responsibly. Just as important, she understands why this work matters."

Argibay most recently served as vice president of FP&A at Alterra Mountain Company. She spent her early career in investment banking at Morgan Stanley. Argibay's interest in EverDriven's mission is shaped by her family's personal experience with special education.

"I am proud of the service that EverDriven provides in our communities, and this mission is one I believe in personally as well as professionally," she said. "I'm looking forward to helping to drive the performance that allows EverDriven to serve even more students and families as it continues to expand its support of additional school districts across the country."

LGS Group Adds Dakota Elswick as National Sales Manager

LGS Group, the master distributor for InterMotive Vehicle Controls, announced that Dakota Elswick has joined the company as a national sales manager.

Elswick’s background includes 18 years in automotive sales and management, with extensive experience in the transit and school bus fields. He brings strong technical knowledge and a proven record of relationship building, market development, and practical problem solving.

“I’m excited to join LGS Group and work with a team that’s focused on providing real solutions for customer challenges,” Elswick said.

Based in the Elkhart, Indiana, office, Elswick will work alongside national sales manager Bryce Grenon to support customers across the transit, school bus, mobility, and RV markets.

The appointment comes as Todd Long transitions from national sales manager to business development manager. In this role, he will help LGS Group identify and develop new opportunities for continued expansion.

Summit School Services Promotes Charli Sanders to VP of Asset Management, Parts and Warranty

Summit School Services has promoted 2026 SBF Trailblazer Charli Sanders from director of parts and warranty to vice president (VP) of asset management, parts and warranty.

Sanders joined the company in 2021 as a regional maintenance manager. Within her first two years, she was promoted to director of parts and supply chain data and then, in 2024, transitioned into an expanded role overseeing the parts and warranty division across North America.

“My accomplishments are not a direct result of just my own drive, but of a leadership team that has been open-minded to ideas and ready to lend experience to help visualize them, and a service-minded team with a passion to get things done executing the plan,” she said. “In this new role, my goal is very much the same; we will streamline many of the asset management processes by bringing together the knowledge and talents of our leadership across all departments to ensure smart, effective fleet lifecycle decisions are made that best support not only growth but most importantly, the safety of the students and communities we serve. Additionally, our advanced use of technology will play a key role in bringing together the complex pieces of the puzzle for us, and I am excited to see what we can do with it.”

Bringing a rich background of executive leadership in large-scale pupil transportation, he possesses deep expertise in operational oversight, safety protocols, fleet maintenance, employee engagement, and client relations. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Rutgers University.

Oyster is a 20-year veteran of the student transportation industry with a deep background in family-founded school bus operations. In his former role as executive vice president and chief revenue officer at Apple Bus Company, Reid guided the organization’s growth from 300 to 2,000 vehicles across nine states while maintaining a strong commitment to local student transport. At Switzer-CARTY, he will lead strategic growth and business development in the United States.

Armitt and Oyster bring decades of operational excellence, industry insight, and strategic vision to the organization, Dan Maradin, chief executive officer, said. Daniels brings two decades of experience with DTNA and deep ties to the school bus industry to his new role.

“Brian is a proven and respected leader whose track record of delivering results, building strong teams and earning the trust of colleagues, customers and industry partners speaks for itself,” said T.J.
