The National Association for Pupil Transportation has expanded access to its Leading Every Day (LED) initiative, which provides professional development opportunities to leaders in the school transportation industry.
Consultant George Pitagorsky, a certified project management professional, will facilitate a series of six webinars, starting on Jan. 13, covering project management and long-term process initiatives, with a focus on behavior skills. Pitagorsky will share his optimal performance program, which covers project management and process improvement with an emphasis on behavioral skills. The webinars will be held at 2 p.m. ET on the second Tuesday of each month.
The goal of the LED program is to attract current and future leaders, bring them together in a collaborative setting, and provide the knowledge and tools necessary to carry out their common mission to be world-class professionals who are looked to as models for the industry, according to the association.
