FORT VALLEY, Ga. — Industry veteran John Barrington has joined MacAllister Power Systems.
MacAllister Power Systems is an authorized Blue Bird Corp. dealer for the state of Indiana. In his role as transportation business manager for the dealership, officials said Barrington will lead the school bus sales team, in addition to MacAllister’s on-highway parts and service sales.
Barrington most recently served as vice president of sales and compliance for the U.S. at Lion Bus. He has also held positions at Thomas Built Buses, IMMI/SafeGuard and Mid Bus.
Officials at MacAllister Power Systems and Blue Bird said that given his previous experience, Barrington brings “decades of industry knowledge and bus expertise to the school transportation community of Indiana.”
