International Motors Recognizes Top 2024 Dealers

Richard Wolfington and Wolfington Body Company has been awarded the 2024 IC Bus Dealer of the Year for its electrification leadership and sales and service performance. Four IC Bus dealers were honored for exceptional performance.

Today, International Motors, LLC — IC Bus' parent company — announced the International and IC Bus Dealer of the Year award winners at its annual dealer meeting. 

Dealers are evaluated on a variety of criteria, and winners were selected based on performance in several criteria, such as parts sales, truck sales, S13 Integrated Powertrain sales, and service dwell time. Other criteria such as growth in key areas like market share, customer experience survey results, and use of International Financial were also considered in the selections.

"The annual dealer meeting is such an exciting time for all of us at International," said Dan Kayser, executive vice president, commercial operations, International. "Our industry moves so quickly, so it's important to reflect on and celebrate the success of the previous year. Our truck and bus dealers are true partners who are dedicated to delivering the highest level of service to International customers." 

2024 IC Bus Dealer of the Year: Richard Wolfington and Wolfington Body Company

Wolfington is one of the IC Bus dealers leading the network with electrification. It has prepared all its locations to sell and service the Electric CE Series bus. In addition, Wolfington exceeded its targets in orders and Electric CE Series orders.

"We are proud of the work that Wolfington did throughout 2024 delivering superior value and service for our IC Bus customers," said Charles Chilton, vice president and general manager, IC Bus. "The bus market is unique and so vitally important to communities across the country that our bus customers really depend on the dealer network. Wolfington is proving just how important that partnership is every day. We congratulate them on a remarkable 2024 and look forward to seeing how they raise the bar further."

Top International Dealer Award Winners

In addition to Dealer of the Year, International recognized dealers that achieved exceptional performance in vehicle and parts sales, repair dwell, customer satisfaction, and other metrics aimed at driving business transformation.

  • Dattco, Donald Devivo

  • Hill International, Stephen Hill

  • Waters Truck and Trailer, Mike Waters

  • Wolfington Body Co, Richard Wolfington

Other 2024 International and Canada Awards

The 2024 International U.S. and Canada Dealer of the Year was awarded to Shane Bosche, Glover International. While Glover focuses on trucks and vans, it is affiliated with Western Canada Bus Sales, which sells and services school buses.

All of Glover International's locations were Prestige Certified for 2024, and all locations achieved a perfect customer response rate. They exceeded their targets for parts sales, had a customer experience score that was roughly 8% higher than the average for the dealer body as a whole. In addition, Glover's leadership on councils and committees was invaluable in 2024, the announcement read.
