Foley, an AI-ready SaaS platform provider, recently announced the launch of its reimagined, all-in-one software platform designed to help fleet managers, owner-operators, and transportation directors manage recruiting and compliance processes and paperwork.
Foley's platform aids in simplifying hiring, onboarding, and DOT compliance, giving fleets of all sizes more control and better visibility in the process.
"For fleet managers, compliance isn't just a box to check — it's a daily challenge that can impact safety, hiring, and profitability," said Joel Sitak, Foley's CEO. "We redesigned Foley's end-to-end platform to help solve that by automating key processes and giving teams the tools they need to stay ahead of audits and regulations."
Foley's platform streamlines driver management and recruitment with digital tools, reducing hiring and onboarding delays. It offers automated compliance tracking and includes real-time risk insights through its proprietary Compliance Score. Carriers can access FMCSA data and benchmarks in one place, pulling data from one platform to help stay ahead of audits.
Flexible screening options also ensure both CDL drivers and non-regulated employees are supported.
Streamlined Tools for HR, Safety, and Operations
The platform's smart alerts allow for human resources, safety, and operations teams to stay on the same page. Key enhancements include:
Alerts and Flexible Filtering: Allowing users to filter candidates and employees by compliance status, location, or role, and receive alerts for upcoming expirations or needed compliance actions.
Streamlined Screening: Track the progress of drug tests, motor vehicle records, DOT physicals, Clearinghouse queries, and other onboarding screens in real time — and schedule testing sites directly within the platform.
Full Workforce Support: Offering Essentials, Professional, and Power packages that cater to diverse customer needs, including support for Drug-Free Workplace programs and other safety-sensitive roles.
According to a company release, Foley's early access customers have reported 30% higher application completion rates, 33% reduction in Compliance Score variability, and 50% less time spent managing driver files.
Foley's new platform marks a shift in the company's 30-year history, moving from primarily offering services to providing software solutions. The company's support teams will continue to offer assistance to help customers use the platform effectively.
