BURLINGTON, N.J. — The Dossier Users Group will hold its annual summit Nov. 2-4, 2010, at the Hilton El Conquistador resort in Tucson, Ariz.

The Dossier Users Group is an independent organization of fleet professionals whose common interest is their use of Arsenault Associates’ Dossier maintenance management software. Members operate fleets in the motor coach, school bus, trucking and construction industries, among others.

“The 2010 Dossier Users Group Summit will feature an expanded agenda, with everything from basic, hands-on training up through advanced industry topics. There will be something for every level of Dossier user,” said Doug White, chairman of the Dossier Users Group. “I am very proud of my association with the group and of the excellent knowledge we have provided to so many fleets. Feedback from attendees has always been overwhelmingly positive. Most say that the event met or exceeded their expectations and that they left with valuable knowledge they put into practice. They have been able to help their companies increase productivity and lower operating expenses.”

Beyond topics applicable to all Dossier users, this year’s agenda will include three parallel breakout paths, each with multiple sessions. Topics will include user case studies, product applications and futures, and industry discussions. New for this year will be an additional breakout track of hands-on training covering basic Dossier features.

Bob Hausler, vice president of marketing and technology for Arsenault Associates, said that anyone who uses or depends on information provided by Dossier software would benefit from attending the meeting.

For information about the Dossier Users Group or for a registration form for the summit, contact Melissa Day at (800) 525-5256, ext. 14, or e-mail dugmeetingregistration@arsenault.com.
