If you were an animal, what kind would you be?
DAVE MCDONALD: I always thought I was an animal — at least that’s what they taught me in school! If other than human, I would choose to be a horse.
If you had a time machine, where would you go?
Definitely into the future, to see what efforts of mine in the present would ensure a lasting, positive effect on the next generation or two.
If you could rid yourself of one deeply personal fear, what would it be?
Not putting the toilet seat down. Just kidding! Honestly, I would have to say rejection.
If you were to receive a surprise package in the mail today, what would it be?
An overnight envelope stating that my youngest son was on his way home from Afghanistan.
If you could have any other talent, what would it be?
It’s already a full-time job trying to identify the ones God gave me!
If you could relive one moment over and over again, what would it be?
The first time I kissed my wife, which, by the way, I try to re-enact on a daily basis.
If you were to pick what is inscribed on your gravestone, what would it be?
“See, I told you I wasn’t feeling good!” No, seriously, it would be, “Mine was a wonderful life, enjoy yours to the fullest!”
