SEATTLE — Fleet management technology supplier Zonar Systems is the bronze winner of the 2017 Best in Biz Awards for Best Place to Work in the medium companies category.
Best in Biz Awards entrants range from startups to global brands. The seventh annual program received more than 650 entries from an array of public and private companies in a variety of industries. The award recognizes companies, teams, executives, and products for business success in the current and previous years. This year, Zonar was on the short list of honorees.
“Our team at Zonar is passionate about helping our customers stay safe and drive smart on the road, and each day our team works together and supports one another to achieve this common goal,” said Paul Kemp, chief people officer at Zonar. “Our values — ingenuity, excellence, passion, integrity, gratitude, and fun — are an inherent part of the culture at the company, and I’m proud to be part of such a dedicated and committed group of people.”
This year has marked a series of achievements for Zonar, including the initial product integration of ContiPressureCheck from its majority investor Continental AG, the launch of Zonar Count, Zonar Docs, Zonar Coach, and Zonar Verify in addition to creating new partnerships with Cummins Inc. and SafeStop. Earlier this fall, Zonar was also named the silver winner of Seattle Business Magazine’s 2017 Tech Impact Awards in the software as a service (SaaS) category.
