Transfinder Corporation has just added another former district employee to its team. School transportation operations expert Traci Love is the company's newest account executive.

Love has more than a decade of experience in school transportation, with a deep understanding of routing logistics, district collaboration, and student safety.

Prior to joining Transfinder, Love served for 13 years in Fort Bend Independent School District in Texas, the sixth largest district in the Lone Star State and one of the fastest-growing with 79,000 students attending classes on 83 campuses. Fort Bend ISD is also one of the most diverse schools in the nation, with families speaking more than 100 languages and dialects.

Love began her transportation career at Fort Bend ISD as a school bus driver, working up to field trip supervisor and then routing supervisor. In the latter role, Love moved the district from Transfinder’s Routefinder Pro solution to Routefinder PLUS, as well as the award-winning driver app Wayfinder. Love also led the preparation of the Texas Student Ridership and Operations Report.

In her new role, Love will provide districts and bus contractors with insights about Transfinder’s tools, along with insights about best practices when dealing with transportation issues thanks to her own career in transportation.

“Transfinder’s solutions made a tremendous impact on my work at Fort Bend ISD,” Love said. “I experienced firsthand how the right tools and support can transform routing operations. My vision is to help districts unlock that same potential — empowering them to operate more efficiently, serve their communities better, and keep students safe every step of the way.”

Transfinder President & CEO Antonio Civitella said Love’s wealth of knowledge and experience will serve Transfinder’s clients well. “Traci’s experience from driving a bus to routing those buses gives her such insight into what our clients and future clients face every day,” Civitella said. “Traci understands the challenges and the opportunities that transportation departments face every day. We know our clients in Texas and beyond will benefit from her insights and expertise.”
