MINNEAPOLIS — Thermo King recently honored its top dealers at an annual dealer conference.
The company, which manufactures temperature control solutions for mobile applications, including school buses, recognized dealers within North America for their 2013 achievements.
The 2013 Dealer Awards were presented to companies that met Thermo King’s requirements for excellence and leadership in all aspects of performance, while providing a superior and consistent customer experience.
Additional requirements for the award include customer care, educational and customer training programs, understanding customer needs, and providing the right solutions to meet those needs today and in the future.
The 2013 award recipients were:
• Northeast Region Dealer of the Year: Temperature Control Solutions Inc., Raleigh, N.C.
• Midwest Region Dealer of the Year: Thermo King Sales & Service, St. Paul, Minn.
• Southeast Region Dealer of the Year: Thermo King of Dallas, Dallas
• Western Region Dealer of the Year: Thermo King Fresno Inc., Fresno, Calif.
• Bus Dealer of the Year: Thermo King of North Florida, Jacksonville, Fla.
