WALL, N.J. — Student Transportation Inc. has acquired Safe Start Transportation LLC of Toms River, N.J.
Safe Start has provided school bus transportation services to the North Central, N.J., region. The business consists of contracted home-to-school regularly scheduled public school routes, utilizing vans and minivans. Officials said the fleet comprises fewer than 200 vehicles.
Sun Mergers & Acquisitions LLC initiated the transaction, acted as exclusive financial advisor and negotiated the transaction on behalf of Safe Start Transportation.
