The school bus industry’s key special-needs transportation event will move to Little Rock, Ark., next year.
The 17th National Conference & Exhibition on Transporting Students With Disabilities & Preschoolers will be held March 7-12, 2008, at the Peabody Little Rock and Statehouse Convention Center.
As usual, the National Special-Needs Team Safety Roadeo will be held in conjunction with the conference. The roadeo will take place March 8 at a location to be determined.
More than 40 conference sessions will be offered. Three eight-hour companion programs will focus in depth on topics that will be announced in October.
Coverage of the 2007 conference and roadeo, which were held last month in Louisville, Ky., will appear in the April/May issue of SCHOOL BUS FLEET.
