School bus transporting special-needs passengers loses wheels

High school pushes to pave disabled student's rough road
TOPPENISH, Wash. — Officials at a local high school said they have stopped transporting a disabled student because the road leading to the mobile home park where he lives is unsafe for him to travel on.
