School Bus Logistics Expands Team
The company, started in 2010, offers consulting and support to school districts throughout North America.

Four new team members have joined School Bus Logistics, a company started in 2010 that provides consulting and support to school districts throughout North America.
Two route logistics analysts, Dawn Simosky and Monaire Ogden, are providing support to districts in Colorado and Illinois, according to a news release.
Rodney Sturgeon will serve as a routing consultant and work on various projects, including bell time studies and route efficiencies. He has more than 30 years of experience in the industry and has worked with more than 130 districts during his career.
SBL also has partnered with Douglas Carter, a former transportation director, to plan and create high-level strategies for school districts across the nation. He has directed transportation for three New York school districts and has overseen budgets up to $35 million and managed teams as large as 500.
“Adding members to our team is always an exciting time,” said Robert Jacobus, CEO and founder of SBL. “Each person brings unique skills and experience that make our team more diverse and understanding of individual districts’ needs. By broadening our team, we are more agile and equipped to find solutions to the ever-changing demands of safe pupil transportation.”
