Know a school bus contractor who is a shining example of efficiency, safety, and knowledge? Someone who is inspiring, innovative, and dedicated to the reliable transportation of students? Tell us about them!
Nominations are now open for School Bus Fleet's 2025 Contractor of the Year Award. This award recognizes individual leaders who have made remarkable contributions to the pupil transportation industry through their own companies or involvement in industry associations. It represents those who go above and beyond and define the best of the best.
The winner of the 2025 award will receive a cover story in our June/July 2025 print magazine, a profile on the website, invitation to be on The Route, and the opportunity to an expenses-paid 3-day, 2-night trip to attend and participate in SBFX in Scottsdale, Ariz. on Sept. 22-24, 2025, at the spectacular Scottsdale Resort at McCormick Ranch in Scottsdale, Ariz., where they will be formally recognized and presented a plaque and photo opportunity.

Note: Self-nominations are eligible. Although multiple nominations for the same individual are allowed, the selection process will prioritize the strength and substance of each nominee's submission over the number of nominations received.
Note: This award is separate from the 2025 Contractor Survey. We encourage contracting companies to participate in both!
