Officials of the National Congress on School Transportation (NCST) have made several changes to the industry’s key specifications document.
The 2005 edition of National School Transportation Specifications and Procedures was revised to correct technical errors and to add an amendment.
The updated version is available at www.ncstonline.org. There is also a separate document that details the corrections and amendment.
The 2005 edition of the NCST manual was the result of the congress held that year in Warrensburg, Mo. The next congress will be held in 2010.
