Navistar Inc. recognized top-performing suppliers across various industries with the company's 2023 Supplier Excellence Awards. The awards recognize suppliers in two major categories: performance and leadership.
The Performance Awards honor four recipients for their excellence in quality, delivery, cost, and continuous improvement. Suppliers are measured through performance scorecards, and award recipients are ranked from platinum to bronze.
Further, as an acknowledgement that true partnership moves beyond mere numbers, the Leadership Awards recognize suppliers who have gone above and beyond in specific categories of quality, customer service, general procurement, and logistics.
“Even as the supply chain constraints continue, many Navistar suppliers have gone above and beyond to ensure they are exceeding Navistar’s expectations,” said Peter Friberg, chief procurement officer. “We are proud to recognize these suppliers and their achievements, as we continue on our journey to accelerate the impact of sustainable mobility.”
