Krapf Group Human Resources VP Plans March Retirement
Janet Moran, who has more than 40 years experience in the HR field, is credited with modernizing the transportation provider's systems during her time at Krapf.
Moran, who also has been active in local business groups, is moving to Florida after retirement.

Janet Moran, vice president of human resources for Pennsylvania-based school transportation provider Krapf Group, is set to retire on March 31.
She's got more than 40 years in the human resources field, with 11 years of that experience at Krapf. Before that, she worked at the Campbell Soup Company and Catholic Health East.
Moran initiated Krapf's HR technology infrastructure to house and update employee credentials, modernized the management system to assist with compliance and employee outreach, and implementewd an applicant tracking system. She also helped create employee and leadership development, including Krapf University and Krapf Leadership Summits. She selected and implemented online training, especially during the first year of the COVID pandemic. Moran was essential in integrating acquisitions and transferring employees and knowledge in divestitures.
In her spare time, Moran volunteered for the Chester County Chamber of Business and Industry - Women Influencing Business Committee, the Chester County Workforce Development Board, Philadelphia Society of People and Strategy Membership Committee, and Beacon Networking for Life Governance Committee.
She's moving to Florida with her husband, Jack Worrall, with plans for golf and travel adventures.
