DUBLIN, Ohio — Jeff Vrabel Sr., operations manager at Transit Service Inc., is the 2013 recipient of the William Rice Award of Excellence for Pupil Transportation Supervisor of the Year.

The award, in its 23rd year, was presented to Vrabel by the Ohio Association for Pupil Transportation (OAPT).
