BIRMINGHAM, Ala. — Fleet maintenance software provider Fleetio has launched a new app directory to improve fleet operations.
The Fleetio App Directory is a catalog of integrations from industry partners that allow Fleetio customers to automate fleet operations processes and centralize data such as vehicle location, fuel transactions, maintenance history, and spend, according to a news release from the supplier. Integration partners featured in the App Directory include fuel card providers, telematics suppliers, and a network of national and independent maintenance shops.

“The Fleetio App Directory offers our customers a one-stop-shop for integrations they can easily enable to gather valuable fleet data that can be used to make more informed decisions,” said Lori Sullivan, director of marketing at Fleetio. “We see Fleetio as an open platform. Product integrations are a key part of our strategy because they allow our customers to analyze more fleet data, and that means larger potential for improvement.”
System integrations featured in the App Directory enable secure sharing of data between Fleetio’s platform and approved third parties, according to Fleetio. Third-party data can be used to trigger maintenance alerts, notify users of diagnostic issues, and round out total cost of ownership (TCO) reporting.
