Corrected: Durham Receives Perfect School Bus Fleet Inspection Score

Zero violations were found in an inspection of Durham's fleet in Chester Township, Pennsylvania, which serves 68 schools.

WARRENVILLE, Ill. — School bus company Durham School Services announced that it received a perfect score in a fleet inspection in Chester Township, Pennsylvania.
During the inspection, zero violations were found, earning Durham a 100%, according to the company. The inspection involved an extensive review of numerous parts on each school bus, including the brakes, suspension, tires, exterior lighting, and stop arm.
Durham in Chester Township serves 68 schools with a fleet of 53 vehicles. Forty-two of those vehicles were examined during the fleet inspection by Pennsylvania State Police.
“Maintaining our fleet to the highest standard takes teamwork, and I am proud of our technicians and mechanics,” said Steve Shaughnessy, general manager of Durham School Services in Chester Township. “Receiving a perfect score from Pennsylvania State Police compliments our dedication to our fleet and the safety of our students.”
