Tyler is president of Type A school bus manufacturer Collins Bus Corp., also an ASV portfolio company. Officials said Tyler will continue to lead Collins for the immediate future alongside his new responsibilities at E-ONE.

“I’m delighted to announce the appointment of Kent Tyler as leader for E-ONE," Guile said. "He has an ideal background for E-ONE, sharing our passion for quality, innovation and superior customer service. Kent has a proven track record in developing employees and dealers, implementing operational excellence and delivering significant growth.”

Tyler has more than 14 years of experience in the specialty vehicle manufacturing industry, having joined Collins Industries in 1997.

“I’m extremely excited to join E-ONE," Tyler said. "Peter and the E-ONE team have done an outstanding job of establishing E-ONE as the preferred choice for apparatus. I look forward to working throughout the entire organization to develop innovative first responder apparatus and serve our nation's heroes.”
