TORONTO — Student Transportation of Canada (STC), an operating subsidiary of Student Transportation of America, has acquired Simcoe Coach Lines Ltd., a school bus operator in Sutton, Ontario.
The acquisition will add more than 110 vehicles and $5 million (Cdn) in annual revenue. “This is a strategic acquisition that marks our fourth in the province and builds regional density,” said STC President David White. “It positions us to take advantage of the growth being experienced in the rural and suburban areas north of Toronto.”
STC also has operations in Ontario in the Waterloo, York Region and Peterborough areas.
