TULSA, Okla. — For those who have wondered how a school bus is made, a recent television show gives an enlightening look at the process.
Producers and camera crews for "How It's Made" visited the IC Bus school bus plant in Tulsa over a two-day period to document the manufacturing of a school bus, from start to finish.
The program, which aired on Discovery's Science channel on Nov. 14, explains key steps in the production process, from the steel underframe to the front cowl assembly to the body.
