Nominations Open for 2025 Administrator of the Year
Who deserves recognition for their leadership and innovation in pupil transportation at the state or local level? Let us know by nominating them for the 2025 award! Hurry, nominations close January 31.
The School Bus Fleet Administrator of the Year will be profiled in the magazine and website, will receive a plaque and an expenses-paid trip to SBFX in Arizona in September.

Do you know — or are you — a K-12 school district transportation administrator who strives for excellence in operations, shows strong leadership, constantly innovates and tries new things, and is involved their communities and transportation associations? If so, we want to know about them!
Nominations are now open for School Bus Fleet's 2025 Administrator of the Year Award. This award series shines a light on the bright and inspiring leaders among us.
Self-nominations and both district- and state-level directors are eligible.
Note: Although multiple nominations for the same individual are allowed, the selection process will prioritize the strength and substance of each nominee's submission over the number of nominations received.
Winners Package
The selected 2025 Administrator of the Year winner receives a cover story in our April/May 2025 print magazine, a profile on the website, invitation to be on The Route, and an expenses-paid 3-day, 2-night trip to SBFX in Scottsdale, Ariz. on Sept. 22-24, 2025, at the spectacular Scottsdale Resort at McCormick Ranch in Scottsdale, Ariz., where they will be formally recognized and presented a plaque and photo opportunity.
