Two British Columbia vehicle dealers have been recognized by school bus manufacturer Thomas Built Buses as their newest Platinum Support dealerships: First Truck Centre in Abbotsford and First Truck Centre in Surrey. Both dealership locations underwent substantial training and invested in numerous dealership upgrades to achieve this certification.
The staff at Platinum Support-certified dealers are notable for being able to provide quick and quality turnaround, excellent customer service, prompt diagnosis, extensive availability of parts and dependable communication. Through an extensive training regimen, Platinum Support dealerships learn to comprehensively eliminate waste from day-to-day business operations, passing down faster vehicle assessment, reduced vehicle downtime and lowering vehicle lifecycle costs to the customer.
“The staff within these two locations of First Truck Centre in British Columbia are highly engaged and dedicated to success,” said Paul Start, dealer network development manager at Thomas Built Buses. “We are proud of them achieving the honor of joining our Platinum Support program and look forward to extending best-in-class after-sales support to their respective customers.”
Established in 2015, the Thomas Built Buses Platinum Support Dealer Certification Program is focused on improving the customer experience. Today, more than 75% of all Thomas Built dealers are Platinum Support-certified.
