KANSAS CITY, Mo. — HSM Transportation Solutions has improved and reintroduced its C.E. White Portable Child Restraint (PCR) for school buses.

The five-point restraint system, originally introduced in 2013, is designed to accommodate children weighing 20 to 90 pounds and up to 57 inches in height.

When not in use, the PCR’s belts and attachment straps fold into a self-contained carrying case.

The PCR meets FMVSS 213 and all Head Start standards, according to HSM.
