Fleet management firm Transportation Services Co. (TSC) has added two executives to its sales team.
Josh Ricker has been named vice president (VP) of sales, east region, and Jim Riley has been named VP of sales, west region.
TSC, a member of the TransPar Group of Companies, helps school districts and school bus contractors with fleet analysis and planning, maintenance programs, and risk management solutions.
Ricker has spent the past 25 years in senior leadership in the commercial fleet management industry. According to TSC, he was responsible for launching the first Canadian operation for his prior company, and helping hundreds of mid-size businesses gain efficiency and reduce costs by helping to improve their fleet performance.
Riley joins TSC after having spent the past 20 years developing sales teams throughout the country. His most recent role was overseeing all aspects of a $100 million sales organization for Enterprise Holdings, including managing the acquisition and disposal of more than 8,000 vehicles a year while consistently maintaining year-over-year growth in volume and net profits.
“Both of the VPs bring a wealth of fleet management experience and accomplishments to our organization,” said Tod Eskra, president of TSC. “They are trusted advisers who will help show school officials how you can make smart budget and operational decisions based on identifiable data."
