DALLASTOWN, Pa. — Bus climate control system supplier Trans/Air Manufacturing Corp. has announced personnel changes in its warranty department.
Jeff Kochenour retired from Trans/Air on Sept. 7 after serving as warranty manager for 11 years.
With Jeff Kochenour’s retirement, Craig Smith steps into the warranty manager role for the bus climate control system supplier.
DALLASTOWN, Pa. — Bus climate control system supplier Trans/Air Manufacturing Corp. has announced personnel changes in its warranty department.
Jeff Kochenour retired from Trans/Air on Sept. 7 after serving as warranty manager for 11 years.
“Jeff has handled the warranty department with care, striving to take care of each and every customer in a professional and timely manner,” Trans/Air said in a press release. “He will be missed, and we wish him all the best in his retirement years.”
With Kochenour’s departure, Craig Smith has been promoted to warranty manager. In his more than 30 years with Trans/Air, Smith has taken on a variety of responsibilities.
“With experience in production, installation, field service, and technical assistance, Craig’s transition into the position of warranty manager is a perfect fit,” Trans/Air said.
Meanwhile, Jennifer Wagner will continue in her current position of warranty administrator, working with Smith to provide warranty service to customers. Wagner has 13 years of experience at Trans/Air, nine of them in the warranty department.
