GOSHEN, Ind. — Starcraft Bus was the top volume pool account in the bus category for Ford in 2013, and for the eighth year in a row, the company recently announced.
For eight consecutive years, Starcraft bus has purchased and sold more Ford E350/E450 and, most recently, F550/F650 bus chassis than any other bus manufacturer in America. Starcraft Bus attributes its ongoing success to an increasing demand for shuttle buses in the U.S. as the economy continues to grow, as well as its dealer network.
“We are honored to receive this award from Ford for the eighth year in a row and we believe that it can be attributed in part to the quality product that the Ford chassis delivers,” said David Wright, president of Starcraft Bus. “We strive to build the best bus in the industry by continuously improving quality, safety and customer satisfaction and we are proud to partner with Ford. We look forward to continuing our excellent relationship and success with Ford for many years to come.”
Starcraft Bus, a division of Forest River Inc., is owned by Berkshire Hathaway. Starcraft Bus builds on Ford, GM and International chassis and is ADA compliant, QVM certified, ISO certified and Altoona tested.
