Fuel Meets Safety in One Integrated Fleet Platform
Together, the combined solution provides:
Universal Fleet Card + Safety Tech Integration: Connect every fuel and expense transaction with Rosco’s driver behavior and safety insights for a unified fleet view.
Real-Time Fraud & Risk Alerts: RoadFlex’s purchase controls pair with Rosco’s telematics and vision data to flag high-risk driver or card activity instantly.
Lower Costs & Safer Operations: Agencies and businesses can reduce preventable accidents, eliminate fuel waste, and improve compliance through automated reporting.
Procurement-Ready Access: Government fleets can procure RoadFlex and Rosco solutions via cooperative purchasing contracts (e.g., Sourcewell), expediting adoption and ensuring compliance.
“Partnering with RoadFlex brings powerful new capabilities to RoscoLive," said John Fontana, senior director-SaaS and video solutions at Rosco Vision. "By combining our industry-leading video safety and telematics platform with RoadFlex’s AI-driven fuel expense management, fleets gain a smarter, more complete solution for safety, visibility, and cost control. Together we’re helping fleets reduce risk on the road while driving real operational savings”
The partnership between RoadFlex and Rosco reflects a broader industry shift toward unifying safety and financial management tools, the announcement said. By combining payment controls with driver behavior data, fleets can gain a clearer picture of both risks and costs. For operators, this integration represents another step toward smarter, more accountable fleet management.
In a customer story on RoadFlex's website, Chrisy Weeks from Walton County School District's transportation department said: "The transition to RoadFlex was seamless. The team was attentive and quick to respond. The ability to set card controls by department or individual—while still allowing purchases anywhere Visa is accepted — has been a game-changer. Unlike our previous fuel card, RoadFlex makes our work much easier."

Rosco Turns to Private Equity
On Sept. 30, Rosco, LLC and Rosco Collision Avoidance, LLC, announced a new investment partnership with Graycliff Partners, a private investment firm. Together, the companies plan to pursue growth in both new and existing markets — organically and through acquisitions — while investing in the company’s technology stack and product suite, the announcement said.
“Rosco is a perfect fit for Graycliff – it has a proven history, strong customer relationships, and the ability to lead in niche markets with high-quality products,” said Andrew Trigg, managing partner at Graycliff. “We believe this partnership will unlock growth opportunities while preserving Rosco’s commitment to quality and safety.”
“We are thrilled to partner with Graycliff,” said Ben Englander, CEO of Rosco. “As a family-owned business, we wanted to find an investor who would collaborate with us in continuing our legacy while supporting our growth. Graycliff’s approach aligned well with our objectives, as they provide strategic guidance while allowing our team to manage the day-to-day operations of the business.”
