MARIETTA, Ga. — Parents or guardians of incoming Cobb County School District kindergarteners can ride along with their children during trial bus runs this Friday.
The district is offering the opportunity to help families introduce Cobb's youngest students to the bus and make the district’s first day of school on Aug. 13 run more smoothly.
Officials said parents and guardians can use the district’s online bus route query system to identify the stop time, location and bus number for their student.
Buses will travel complete routes to and from each school, returning students and parents back to their original bus stops.
