New Leader Named for Eberspaecher’s North American Business
Oleg Riabtsev takes on the role for Eberspaecher, which provides a/c systems and engine pre-heaters for school buses.

Oleg Riabtsev has been named president of North American entities for climate control supplier Eberspaecher.

Climate control supplier Eberspaecher has appointed Oleg Riabtsev president of the company’s North American entities.
Riabtsev took on the role on Dec. 1. He brings experience in the automotive sector, including the OEM and aftermarket segments.
In the school bus industry, Eberspaecher is best known for providing air-conditioning systems and engine pre-heaters, formerly under the name Espar.
Riabtsev will report directly to the head of business unit special markets at Eberspaecher’s corporate headquarters in Esslingen, Germany.
“With Oleg’s extensive market experience and senior-level management, he is a valuable addition to the company,” Eberspaecher said in a press release.
