National Express Partners With Software Provider on Analytics
The school bus contractor is using an analytics platform from ByteCurve to enhance data analysis at its operations.
WARRENVILLE, Ill. — School bus contractor National Express is partnering with analytics software supplier ByteCurve to enhance data analysis at its operations.
The ByteCurve platform is designed to quickly analyze data directly pulled from the GPS systems on National Express’ vehicles. The data provides insight to drivers’ daily performance by identifying areas such as notification of pre- and post-trip inspections, idling, and route delays.
“We are committed to providing our passengers with the safest, highest-quality service,” said Andy Ptak, vice president of information technology for National Express. “ByteCurve complements our efforts, and adds to our portfolio of industry-leading technology.”
The addition of ByteCurve strengthens and supports National Express’ commitment to safety, according to the contractor.
“Our company’s mission is to unlock the power of information to enable transportation companies to become safer and more efficient in their daily operations,” said G.P. Singh, CEO and founder of ByteCurve. “Due to their visionary leadership, we found a great partner in National Express to build and deploy this platform. We strongly believe this will be a game changer for them and the rest of the industry.”
