Lee Fox, owner of Lee Fox Bus Seat Repair, has launched a new company to help school districts sell advertising space on their school buses.

Lee Fox Bus Seat Repair has serviced and maintained school bus interiors throughout New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Maryland for more than 30 years.

All jobs are performed onsite and in bus terminals using BESI and Triad Fabco Industries products. The company is also a distributor of BESI and Triad Fabco products.

Officials said that over the years, Fox has met the demand of school bus seats changing from fire-retardant to fire-block. The state of New Jersey, for example, requires fire-block seat covers. When this type of seat cover needs repair, its fire-block ability must be preserved, and it must adhere to strict inspection standards. Fox has met the challenge and has been successful in continuing the high standards necessary in school bus seat repair, according to the company.

He has also worked through other changes in the industry impacting school bus seats, such as the mandate for seat belts on school buses in some states, as well as increases in seat-back height.

Now, Fox has launched Fox School Bus Media, a full-service advertising company that contracts with districts to sell school bus advertising space.

The company handles all aspects of the advertising process, from engaging advertisers and producing and installing ads, to overseeing the invoicing and disbursing revenue quarterly.
