Contractors continue to play an increasingly important role in getting students to school safely every day.
We know contractors face many of the same pressures as districts, along with challenges that are uniquely their own. The 2026 Contractor Survey is your opportunity to share what’s working, what’s not, and what needs attention.
Your voice helps us tell the full story, ensuring accurate industry coverage and crucial benchmarking data representing operations across North America.
Results will appear on our website and in the June/July 2026 print edition of the magazine.
As a thank-you for your time, all survey respondents will receive a digital article download ("10 Ways School Bus Contractors Can Reduce Lawsuit and Insurance Risk") after completing the survey.
Responses are due by Tuesday, March 31, 2026.
Note: The survey is separate from the nomination for our Contractor of the Year award. Stay tuned for information on how to nominate an outstanding contractor you know, and please fill out this survey in the meantime!
