Bus Parts Warehouse, which is an operating company of CoBe Capital, supplies replacement parts, product upgrades, and special-needs equipment for the school transportation industry.
“With Charlie’s 30-plus years of experience in transportation and distribution, as well as sales and operations, he will take Bus Parts Warehouse to the next level,” said Neal Cohen, founder and managing partner for CoBe Capital. “We simply could not ask for a better person to expand and grow this company.”
Bruce also remains founder and senior partner of Transportation Advisory Group, a New York-based student transportation consulting firm, which will also support the growth efforts of Bus Parts Warehouse.
Prior to forming Transportation Advisory Group, Bruce served as the chief operating officer for First Student Inc. and for Durham School Services, which rank respectively as the two largest school bus contractors in North America. Bruce’s previous experience includes senior roles in the truck transportation, logistics, and distribution industries.
