Posted on March 15, 2019

ALBERTA, Canada — Blue Bird’s dealer in Western Canada, Dynamic Specialty Vehicles, has opened a new location in Edmonton, Alberta.

Dynamic Specialty Services has been selling and servicing buses since 1989, and has been a Blue Bird Dealer for over six years. The dealer will now sell and service Blue Bird school buses in northern Alberta, as well as in the provinces of British Columbia and Yukon. Kirkman Bus Sales remains a Blue Bird bus dealer in the southern portion of Alberta, according to the company.

"We are excited about the expansion of Dynamic Specialty Vehicles with our dealership team," said Mark Terry, chief commercial officer for Blue Bird. "With decades of sales and service experience satisfying customers, we feel confident that Dynamic’s facility network and energy around this new business relationship will translate into rewarding relationships with the customers of Western Canada."

Dominique Viau, president of Dynamic Specialty Vehicles, is excited to offer an additional sales and service location.

"Dynamic Specialty Vehicles is extremely proud to expand its Blue Bird operation into northern Alberta with a new sales and service facility," Viau said. "This new location will offer a wide range of stock units, parts inventory, and outstanding service for our new and current customers, supplying the full range of Blue Bird buses in Type A, Type C, and Type D applications."
