The dealership will provide sales, service and parts support for Blue Bird customers in British Columbia and the Yukon.
Dynamic Specialty Vehicles has been providing Type A buses to western Canada since 1988. Officials said that the dealership is western Canada’s largest supplier of small and mid-size buses.
Dynamic Specialty Vehicles is already an authorized Micro Bird by Girardin dealer. The addition of Blue Bird’s full line of buses will expand the dealership into the large bus segment.
The dealership spans more than 1.5 acres, with over 25,000 square feet solely dedicated to service and support, and has a well-stocked inventory of parts.
“The signing of a strong dealer such as Dynamic Specialty Vehicles will provide Blue Bird customers with outstanding sales, service and parts support throughout British Columbia and the Yukon,” said Phil Horlock, Blue Bird president and CEO. “The Dynamic Specialty Vehicles team has a 25-year track record of delivering outstanding ownership experiences, and we are delighted to have them join our strong team of North American dealers.”
“We are extremely proud to be part of the Blue Bird family and look forward to many years of continued success,” said Dominique Viau, president and CEO of Dynamic Specialty Vehicles, adding that the partnership with Blue Bird “will give us the opportunity to offer a complete line of buses to our school bus market. We are encouraged to be able to apply our extensive experience in sales and support of the Blue Bird product line throughout British Columbia and the Yukon Territory.”
